Marcus Hale

Marcus spent six years in a sports and physiotherapy clinic before opening Fenbury in 2018. Working beside physiotherapists shaped how he runs the clinic: a proper assessment first, plain explanations, and an agreed point to review whether treatment is worth continuing.

Lena Ford

Associate acupuncturist

Qualified: Licentiate in Acupuncture, 2021
Registration: BAcC member, no. DEMO-0102 (fictional)
Interests: Women's health, sleep and stress
In clinic: Tue and Thu evenings, Sat

Lena trained for three years at a BAcC-accredited college, and has since completed postgraduate training in acupuncture during pregnancy and fertility care. She sees most of the clinic's women's health patients, and her evening appointments suit people who work office hours.

Our standards

What you can check

British Acupuncture Council members. We follow its Code of Professional Conduct and Code of Safe Practice. About the BAcC
Registered premises. The clinic is registered with Fenbury District Council for acupuncture, registration no. DEMO-SP-118 (fictional).
Insured. Both practitioners hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Single-use needles. Sterile, used once and disposed of as clinical waste.
Chaperones. You're welcome to bring someone with you, or ask us to arrange a chaperone.
Your GP. We write to your GP only if you ask us to and give written consent.
